Species: Cat-Dragon Hyrbrid

Abbilities-traits: can use electricle attacks and has an electric breath weapon which he rarely uses..

His fur is actualy very similar to blue saphires but rather than be very hard all the time the hardness changes depending on his mood and EG if hes angry his fur will become hard and spiky while when hes being friendly his fur is silky soft.

If he becomes scared he can end up shocking people by mistake ( or if hes angry)

Electricle energy is emitted from the blonde parts of his fur and the yellow inside of his mouth which will glow when hes using his power altho his eyes are golden in colour they do no emit power but do glow when he uses it.

Sky also has serveral Forms he can Take

Chibi Feral Form : only a little larger than a domestic cat
FullFeral Form : A large form less cat like and more dragon like ( the face in particular)(6ft tall to shoulder)

Chibi and Full Anthro form: These forms are based on the size of the Feral Forms The Chibi being smaller thana 9 year old and the Full Anthro form being about 11ft tall...i think.

He also has a human form but im still working on that ^^
